Equal employment opportunities regardless of gender
In respect of workforce diversity, the Group is committed to provide equal employment opportunities and practises merit-based promotion
regardless of gender. Currently, 79.47% of the Group’s employees are male while 20.53% are female. The share of women employees has grown
about 12.32% in 2017 compared to 2016. For managerial positions and above, male employees account for 76.43% with females at 23.57%.
